8mm has been around for a long time... It is aesthetic, nostalgic, and coincidentally the perfect medium to capture Klempettis working out in nature's finest settings.

At age 16, Frankie Coppola manned the film camera with grace and poise beyond his years. He went on to film the sequel to Easy Rider and to shoot B-roll for Jaws 3.

The Simplicity of VHS

Pauly Klempetti felt the mobility of the VHS medium was just the thing to capture the Klempetti spirit.

Brian from Toledo, a friend of the family, manned the VHS camera. Brian commented years later that shooting The Klempetti Exercise Video was the most challenging and raw experience of his career in documentary film making.
